It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved Maurice Parent on December 22, 2015 at the age of 95. He is predeceased by his son Norman. Maurice is survived by his devoted wife of 63 years Lena; his children Frances (Dave) and Sandra (Gary); his grandchildren Justin, Brent, Janeen (Mark) and Terrelle (Calvin) and great granddaughter Alexandra. Maurice is also survived by his sister Jeannette, his brother in law Jack and many nieces, nephews, other family and friends. “Perry” was a WWII verteran, an avid sportsman and outdoorsman who loved to be surrounded by family. He was a gentle spirited, generous man. He’s left us many good memories and stories. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 am, Tuesday, December 29, 2015 at St. Bernadette Parish, 6543 – 132 Ave, Surrey, BC. Reception to follow.
