Relation: Father

The words have all been said already, son, husband, father, grandfather, friend and hero. Hope Al was waiting!

From: Peter Harston
Relation: Father-in-law

I am fortunate to have had Keith as a father-in-law. I choose to remember him as a vibrant, strong and curious man — a firefighter, truck driver, outdoorsman and a wonderful father to my wife and grandfather to Brooke. To say he is missed is a tremendous understatement. Having known him is an honour and a priviledge — truly a blessing. Thank you, Keith. You were a man among men.

From: Margaret Elder
Relation: Long time friend

Keith… We have known each other for many years, when the 4 of us, all chummed together. We will miss you, but have many cherished memories. Rest in Peace my friend

From: Wendy Wenberg
Relation: Wife

Hi Hon, Valentine’s day is fast approaching and although we never really went all out, it is a significant day for all of us. It will be 6 months that you left us. We all miss you so much. I placed a picture of our last Christmas together, the whole family. I miss you so much and shed tears every day remembering all the good times we had together. It’s very lonely, I so wish you were still here, but I know you are whole again, and that makes me feel a bit better. Love you so much,

From: Wendy Wenberg
Relation: Husband

Hon, it’s been one year today that you left us, and it isn’t really getting any easier. I miss you every waking hour. We knew each other since 1958 and were married for 50 years, so there is a real void in my heart. There are times I cry because something has triggered a wonderful memory and I want to share it with you, but you are not here. I think about you all the time and the happy times we shared. I know you are in a better place and I hope you are happy. Love you always, Wendy

Relation: Keith was my husband

Well hon, today, Nov. 18, would be your 75th birthday. You have caught up to me. You always enjoyed telling people that I robbed the cradle. I sure wish you were here. You are missed by all of us. I don’t think we will ever get over you not being here. I will always love you. Wendy
