Tribute
Surrounded by his loving family, Stan, age 91, passed away peacefully on April 19, 2017, the birthday of his predeceased loving wife, Genevieve, of 65 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his children and their spouses Jamie, Gord, Ray, Tom, Dean, Linda, and Fiona. He was affectionately known as “Pa” to his five grandchildren, Brett, Luke, Ty, Brendan, and Satinder. He had a deep appreciation for his faith, family, and friends. Stan was best known for his kindness, integrity, and generosity. It will be hard to think of roses, the beach, golf, mystery novels, the Saskatchewan Roughriders, and so much more without remembering him. His life story will continue on in the many lives of those he has touched.
A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Monday April, 24 2017 at 10:30 am at Gardens of Gethsemani, 15800 32nd Ave, Surrey.
