Tribute

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Raymond Maurice Brice on November 17, 2016 with his wife Sylvia and her family at his bedside.

Ray passed away peacefully at The Residence In Mission, following the advancement of dementia.

Ray was predeceased by his parents William J. Brice & Eleanor M. Tomlin, his son Raymond W. Brice and his brother Victor Brice.

Ray is survived by his loving wife Sylvia of 36 years, brother Len Brice,

half-brothers Wayne & Joe Brice (Charlene), daughter Kathi Brice, grandchildren, great grandchild, nieces and nephews.

Ray loved his Starbucks, a cinnamon dolce latte and hot chocolate.

Ray loved to travel, he also enjoyed swimming, fishing, flying model airplanes, working on old classic cars including his 1968 Ford Fastback Mustang.

Ray was a plumber by trade.  He joined the District of Mission as a works inspector and finished his career at the City of Abbotsford.

At Ray’s request there will be no funeral service.

Sylvia expresses here sincere gratitude to the staff at The Residents In Mission for the wonderful and loving care of Ray over the past 7 months.

In lieu of flowers a kind donation to the Salvation Army is greatly appreciated.

May he rest in peace.
