I met Peggy through the meat draws at the Mission Legion and through my mom Grace Lowney who worked at the Belvue Hotel. Peggy joined the Royal Purple while I was Royal Honoured Lady and she spent many hours with my friend “Fred” and me at the Elks Club. Peggy’s smile at lodge will be missed. Rest in peace old friend.
