Tribute
Flora E. Vincent slipped quietly away in her sleep on October 14, 2016. Survived by her 5 children & spouses, 11 grandchildren & 22 great grandchildren. Flo was loved by many more Extended family & friends. We will all miss her. Celebration of life to be held at her nephews Allan Vincent's home on October 29, 2016 , 11:30 am- 3 pm.
