Sveinson, Peter Sigmar ''Sig''

June 27, 1933 - June 1, 2015

Tribute

Sig passed away after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease holding the hand of Joan, his wife of 53 years. His family wants to thank the caring nurses at Chilliwack hospital who helped all of us through his last days.

He is survived by his children, David of Storthoaks, SK; Karen (Bruce) of Abbotsford, Todd (Krystal), and Neil (Sophie) both of Winnipeg Beach, MB, five grandchildren, and his brother Cliff of Sand Hook, MB.

Sig was born in Selkirk, MB, moved to Abbotsford, BC in1977 and retired to Chilliwack in 1998.

No service at Sig’s request. He will be laid to rest in Gimli, MB between his mother and father. In lieu of flowers, donations to BC Parkinson’s Society in Sig’s name would be appreciated.

Sig will always be loved and missed but wants his family to remember to miss him, but not too long, miss him but let him go.
