Tribute

Born August 1^st, 1926 has gone to sing and dance with the angels on November 9^th, 2017.

Born in Barnet, London, England. Jean worked for Standard Cables and Telephone as a Tracer. She met her now predeceased husband Archie Alexander Davies from Buttress Saskatchewan during World War II. Arrived in Vancouver, Canada in 1948 and wed January 1^st, 1949. Jean was naturally athletic and had many creative talents including singing, dancing, playing the piano, and cooking. She had a magnetic personality and compassion like no other. She is survived by children Belinda, William, and Lesley (Dean); grandchildren Christopher (Denyse), and Jonathan (Carrie); great grandchildren Brandon, Shayleen, Lucas, and Taylor; great great grandson Nicholas; sisters Daphne and Sheila; and many nieces and nephews. Jean was predeceased by her brother Alec; sisters May, Heather and Joyce.

Mum, we miss your sense of humor, warmth, generous spirit, and fairness. A loss to those who won’t know you. We love you. We hope to honor you by continuing to make you proud.
