Glen was on maintenance when I started at York Farms , I was only 17 at the time . He was very friendly and kind to me ( I think I was a favorite ) He always gave me the easy jobs . It was about two summers that I worked for him . I really appreciated last years reunion and was able to catch up with Him . My deepest sympathy in your loss .

I have known my dad my whole life and just like anyone who has ever met him I loved him from the start. He had five children 12 grandchildren and four great grandchildren. He knew all of our strengths and weaknesses never missed a birthday or Anniversary . He kept a date book of who called and what he did everyday. Dad had a great sense of humor and never had a bad word to say about anyone. I keep waiting for his call because its been a few days and he would always check in. He loved life and even at 80 lived it to its fullest. I
Miss him he was taken from us too soon.

From: Kelly Beaton
Relation: Through his daughter Sherryl

I only got to meet Glen a couple of times, but I can say on those few occasions he was a very welcoming man. I know the 3 Kelly’s were excited to see his square dancing photos that he showed to us on his new digital camera that never seemed to leave his neck. I know from the daily conversations with Sherryl, going over what was up for the day, that he was a very loving and giving man and that he was deeply loved. I know that he will be missed and my well wishes and thoughts go out to his entire family.
