I am so sorry for the loss of Uncle George. I will always remember camping at Cultas with him and him letting us kids drive in the mountains. I hope he is at peace now and I can picture him having a few drinks in the bar up in heaven! Until we meet again…..

Years & years of good memories, from watching you on the sidelines playing stellar football for the Winnipeg Hawkeyes, to being with you when you reached 104 mph in your 1953 Chev Belair outside of Rennie Manitoba, sharing a Friday night with you and Dolores in front of the Occidental Hotel watching the drunks coming out, helping you on weekends when you worked for Palm Dairy when your truck got a flat outside of Grand Beach and we ate about 5 lbs of ice cream waiting for the tow truck, thanks for the use of your Chev convertible for my graduation, to welcoming us in your home on Pritchard Ave Winnipeg, also in Brandon, Vancouver, Burnaby, Coquitlam and Mission. Thanks for your earlier personal tours of Vancouver, to Gastown (where you bought Monica that mouse magnet that she still has), to the popcorn eating contest, and playing “spoons” which resulted in a collapsed kitchen table, and being part of (your cooking) that great boat cruise on Stan’s sailboat on Boxing Day years ago. The Horseshoe Bay salmon fishing trip is still an awesome memory for us. Thanks to you and Dolores for being the influence in our lives to move out West. We will miss your presence, you are in a good place now, probably surrounded by footballs, baseballs, great hunting areas and lots of Crown Royal and Brandy, we will always be in touch everytime we think of you and we will always remember you.
