Sewell, Brent William
December 17, 1959 - December 29, 2017
Tribute
It is with great sadness that we announce Brent’s passing after losing his battle with cancer. He leaves behind daughters Katelyn, Morgan (Anton), granddaughter Harriette, brothers Greg, Tim, Jordan, Dan & Ryan, sister Janet, and many close relatives and friends. Brent was predeceased by his parents Edward & Patricia. Brent was a 4th generation railroader, talented artist, devoted father, skilled woodworker, comedian, reliable friend, animal lover, and very opinionated.
A special Thanks to the Palliative Care doctors & staff at Abbotsford, Mission & Maple Ridge hospitals, the Home Care nurses, and all those who spent nights with Brent, both in his home and at the hospitals.
No funeral service will be held as per request, however a Celebration of Life will take place in the spring. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the BC Cancer Society.
